The FHA rules scheduled to go into effect on January 1st were postponed to February 15 2010.  This includes the HVCC like ordering process and the addition of the 1004D form to be accepted by the FHA.  Go to my FHA Tab at the top of my web site for links to the HUD documents with all of the details.
