With Interest rates at all time lows, the last two months have been record breaking here at Capuano Appraisals.  We safely and efficiently switched over to the new UAD compliant forms at the beginning of September, and have not looked back.  Business has picked up from all vendors as everyone rush's to take advantage of all time low interest rates.   Again, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of our clients who keep us busy year round! 

So far, no break in demand as the orders keep rolling in.   Should be a great October and maybe November and December too at this rate!
