Winter is officially over.   The winter season did not have its typical seasonal slow down in the refinance activity.   Additionally, the Spring season has officially started and we are starting to see a larger percentage of home sale activity mixed in with the refi's.   We are on another record breaking pace for business this year.  If things hold up in the market, this start should put us into another record year with activity.   Please make sure to get your orders in as quickly as possible as we are scheduling efficiently as possible to meet all the demand.  Thank you again for your business, and we look forward to another great year!!
