UAD implementation update

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset is set to be implemented on Sept 1st 2011.  This is not the first time we have been through a major form/content change since starting working in this profession.  Usually, some company's will be early adopters of the forms.  My experience leads me to believe that the best thing to do is not implement the new forms until Sept 1st.   Usually, there are a lot of bugs and kinks in the system.   There is no need to jump in early and experience them first hand.   Our company will implement the new rule set into all of our reports on Sept 1st 2011 as required.  Our current plans are to not roll out the change early.   This internal implementation can be changed as required and supported by customer demand.    As stated earlier, we are ready for the change and will roll out on schedule.
