The FHA ordering changes go into effect January 1st 2010.  Please make sure your company is set up to continue ordering appraisal in the new year.  You can go the FHA Approved tab at the top of my web site for the latest information from HUD on these changes.  

Capuano Appraisals is happy to announce that we had a fantastic November thanks to our great clients and business associates.   December is also already looking to be very strong.  Interest rates are currently very near the all time lowes set in the spring which will likely cause increased demand over the next several months as people take advantage of the low rates.  In addition, home sales in the area appear to be very strong and many buyers are taking advantage of the extended government incentives.    We at Capuano Appraisal wish everyone a Merry Christmas and continued success into the New Year!!
