Starting October 1st, FHA will no longer allow any appraisals to be completed by appraiser who are not FHA and Certified in the their state.   Capuano Appraisal services is a Certified FHA in Virginia and Washington D.C.  Please contact us for your FHA appraisal needs.   Capuano appraisal has had all of the recent updates in FHA education and is qualified to product high quality reports.
