Fannie Mae (UAD) Uniform Appraisal Dataset

Fannie Mae Will be implementing the (UAD) Uniforma Appraisal Data set starting with all appraisals that have an effective date on or after September 1st 2011. Capuano Appraisal Services is already hard at work studying the new format so we will be ready to implement the changes as they are required.
