Hi Everyone!  Things are changing rapidly in the world of Real Estate.  Starting April 1st there will be a new for (1004MC) that must be provided with conventional appraisals.  I have spoken with other appraisers in the area, and there is a general consesus that they will be charging between $50-$100 extra for the form.  I have completed the form a few times, and it definitely takes some getting used to.  It will probably add around 30 minutes to the appraisal process once the appraisers get used to it.  I am going to start out charging only $25 extra for the form as a promotional price.  My non discounted price will be $50 more for the appraisal.
