High Volume continues

The high volume of appraisal orders continued through the new year and into the first part of 2013. Refinance activity appears to have stabalized while the sales activity appears to be picking up in percentage as related to overall appraisal activity. This is typical as we enter the Spring sales season. All signs are looking positive heading into the new year.
