The Frank-Dodd bill has passed and nothing has changed.  The low ball AMC's are still low balling.  The good customers are still good customers.  It is up to every individual appraiser to set their own fee.  I set my own fees and do not accept any orders below my fee!  It is as simiple as that.  No other business in the world allows the customer to set their own prices.  If so, I would be paying $1 for my new Mercedes and 2 cents for my groceries.   Yay!!   Free enterprise at work.
